I bring my expertise, years of experience, and personal local contacts with care communities throughout Sonoma and Marin counties to help you choose the right care for your loved one, whether that be in your home, or in one of many senior living options available.

First I will meet with you in person to discuss your loved one’s life and current needs. I will then assess your loved one to determine the best next step and give you a comprehensive list of your best options. After you decide how you would like to proceed I will join you on tours of communities, meetings with home care agencies, or hospice services. If you choose to move your loved one into a community I will assist you with gathering the needed medical information and filling out the paperwork for admittance.

I will also help you with the moving process. This can be especially stressful for both you and your loved one. Allow me to focus on the move while you focus on your loved ones needs.

After the move in process I am still your advocate! If things are not going how you hoped let me talk to the community and find out what can be done to meet your expectations. If a community is not the avenue you choose I will interview home care agencies or day care programs with you to select the best fit.

Again, once care has begun, you can contact me to help in any way! If hospice is the best option for you I can help you decide which hospice provider would be best for you and your loved one. I feel it is an honor to help families through this process.
